Friday we jump straight into our adventure in Tangier! Tangier is the gateway to Africa, known for its Caves of Hercules where you can see the exact point where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea. One of the highlights this day will definitely be the short camel ride on the beach where many of you will take there next Facebook profile picture. The city is a perfect introduction to a Moroccan culture vastly different from Spain. Divided into an old walled city, or medina, a nest of medieval alleyways, and a new, modern city, the Ville Nouvelle, you’ll get to choose what part you like the best as we explore Tangier with an official local tour. We encourage you to finish the first full day of our trip with us at a traditional Moroccan dinner with live music, delicious food, and great vibes!
Saturday, we travel to one of the prettiest towns in Morocco. Beautifully perched beneath the raw peaks of the Rif, Chaouen is an artsy, blue-washed mountain village that feels like its own world. We guarantee you’ll fall in love with this delightful mixture of Moroccan and Andalusian influences. After our local tour guide takes us through this “blue city” and its best picture points, we will have free time to enjoy the local cuisine, do souvenir shopping and explore the beauty of this hidden gem.

How does it work:
Book your flight to and from Tangier, send us your flight details and we’ll arrange the airport pick up and drop off with our local partners. The trip starts on Friday morning around noon at the hotel (February 10th) and ends on Sunday after breakfast with the hotel check out (February 12th). Ideally, you book your flights for Friday early morning and Sunday afternoon. If you want to arrive earlier or later and need hotel accommodation, please let us know to arrange it for you.
